18th Annual Play for P.I.N.K. Event

Members and guests are invited to show their support through a Ladies 9 hole golf tournament, cocktails, dinner and prizes
3:00pm – 3:45pm
Registration & 1st tee refreshments
Basket viewing and bidding available in the ballroom. Golf tournament enhancers and tribute flowers can be purchased online or at registration (cash, check, or credit card at registration). If purchased online, your items will be available at registration. Raffle tickets available for purchase at registration, only (cash, check, or credit card).

Ladies 9 hole Golf Tournament*
Format: Step-a-side Scramble
Sign your foursome up for some fun, great golf and prizes. Mulligans and miracle putts can be purchased online or at registration (cash, check, or credit card at registration). If purchased online, your items will be available at registration.
*Foursomes are requested to donate a gift basket, valued at $100 or more, to be auctioned off on the night of the event (example basket pictured below).
6:00pm – 7:00pm
Hors d’oeuvres & bidding hour**
After golf, have fun bidding on the raffles, gift baskets and auction items while enjoying hors d’oeuvres. Bidding closes at 7pm. Raffle tickets available to purchase at registration and at the door (cash, check, or credit card).
7:00pm – 9:00pm
Dinner, presentation & awards**
Don’t have time for golf? Join the cause by attending the hors d’oeuvres hour and dinner. Enjoy a 3 course dinner by executive chef, James Burnett, and a short presentation. At the evening’s close, be ready to cheer on the winners of the golf tournament and basket & raffle awards.
**All you can drink beer, house wine & soda bracelets available online or at the door for $20 per person. Cash/charge bar will be available for cocktails.

TRIBUTE FLOWERS
$10 per flower
Purchase a pink tissue paper flower in memory or in honor of a friend or family member who has been touched by breast cancer. Flowers will be pinned on a board to show the strength of these ladies through the amount of flowers displayed.
RAFFLES
Basket Raffle: 1 sheet for $20 or 3 sheets for $40 (26 tickets per sheet)
50/50 Raffle: 1 ticket for $5 or 3 tickets for $10
Wine Pull Raffle: 1 ticket for $20
