Members and guests are invited to show their support through a Ladies 9 hole golf tournament, cocktails, dinner and prizes

3:00pm – 3:45pm
Registration & 1st tee refreshments

Basket viewing and bidding available in the ballroom. Raffle tickets, golf tournament add-ons, and tribute balloons are available to purchase online or at registration (cash or check only at registration). If purchased online, your items will be available at registration.

Ladies 9 hole Golf Tournament

Sign up your foursome for some fun, great golf, and prizes. Registration available online, only, and is NOT available through the Golf Pro Shop. Miracle putts and mulligans can be purchased online or at registration (cash or check only at registration). If purchased online, your items will be available at registration.

*Foursomes are requested to donate a gift basket, valued at $100 or more, to be auctioned off on the night of the event.*

6:00pm – 7:00pm
Hors d’oeuvres & bidding

After golf, have fun bidding on the raffles, gift baskets, and auction items while enjoying hors d’oeuvres. Bidding closes at 8:00pm.  Raffle tickets available to purchase online, at registration, and at the door (cash or check only at registration and at the door). If purchased online, your raffle tickets will be available at registration.

7:00pm – 9:00pm
Dinner, speaker & awards

Enjoy a 3 course dinner by executive chef, James Burnett, and a guest speaker from Valley Hospital.  At the evening’s close, be ready to cheer on the winners of the golf tournament and basket & raffle awards.

*All you can drink beer, house wine & soda bracelets available online or at the door for $20 per person.  Cash/charge bar will be available for cocktails.*

Basket Raffle:   1 sheet for $20  or  3 sheets for $40 (26 tickets per sheet)
